The Buddy2Buddy School Solar Light Program enables children in developed countries to learn how to make a small solar light in their classroom that can then be sent to children in developing countries to enable them to do homework and improve their education - STEM plus a global citizenship perspective leading to the common good of reducing energy poverty in those countries and improving people's lives.

We have invited Mr Simon Doble, the co-founder and CEO of the program to be the speaker at our AGM to explain how he came to develop the program, how it works and how Queensland schools can be involved.

We invite you to come and hear about this inspirational program. Questions and conversations are expected.
